Marty Beeson is a Certified Estate Planner (CEP) and a member of the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners (www.nicep.org). Marty has been in the financial services industry as an independent practitioner for almost 20 years and has focused on estate planning almost exclusively in that time period.
While Marty is not an attorney, he has specialized in understanding the impact of the various tools such as wills, living trusts and powers of attorney in the estate planning arena. TPCWM partners with lawyers and paralegals to ensure clients are getting the appropriate assistance and advisory, they need to implement such tools as part of a complete estate plan.
Marty is also affiliated with Legacy Tree Foundation and other organizations using charitable tools. The use of charitable tools in estate planning is often an overlooked but very valuable resource. Marty assists clients when these tools make sense in your total estate plan.
Marty is a Vietnam Veteran, and served in the U.S. Army from 1970 – 1977. During that time he earned several medals, including an Army Commendation Medal, medals for good conduct, a Meritorious Unit Citation and a Presidential Unit Citation.
